Return and refund Policy

Our refund and return policy is valid for 15 days. If more than 15 days have passed since you received your item, we will not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.

We will only accept returns if the shirt you received is damaged, the size is incorrect, or the shirt is not the right one at all. Please make sure any return meets these conditions as we cannot process returns for other reasons.

Other non-returnable items:

Custom items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded after the order is placed.

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or denied.

If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically apply the refund amount to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.

Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some time for your refund to be processed.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Order Cancellation

All orders are cancelable before they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Cancellation is not possible once the packing and shipping process has begun.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us in advance and ship your item back to us.

Return Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us first.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning a more expensive item, you may want to consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned merchandise.
